Wow, in 2021 the Видинската синагога/Vidin Synagogue
(1894, by V Kitov in Romanesque style) was in ruins!
2021-2023 reconstruction resulted in a museum
and the Jules Pascin Cultural Center

Community dogs are tagged and you often
see food laid out for them

And there are many community cats!
